BarCampLA Needs A Flash Programmer!

Hey kids! We’ve got some really awesome things planned for the next iteration of BarCamp here in LA — one of which is going to require someone with some Flash skills to do a little pro bono project for us.

Basically, we need someone to whip up a little app that uses the Flickr API to pull photos down from the internets on the fly (i.e. the barcampla and barcampla5 tags) and mix them up with a pre-set slideshow of sponsor logos and a few informational graphics.

While we can’t pay anything, you will get full credit for your work and mad props from the community in general. And even tho the props and good vibes of the community at large can’t buy you a beer, I sure as hell can… ;)
