Hey Everybody!

We’ve had a lot of people ask over the last couple of weeks. That’s actually a surprisingly complicated question when you get down to all the logistics, but we have answers now! We have dozens of small things to be addressed over the next 24 hrs, so please, look this through and see where you can pitch in. Consider it working off your t-shirt and all the awesome meals we’re providing. :-)

Stuff to Do

SATURDAY

• Set-up (we need 10-15 people to get there at 9-9:30 am to help us put the space together)
• Pick Up Coffee - Chris Darbro
• Pick Up Ice
• Pick Up Lunch (sandwiches at Costco, should be lumped in with picking up some of the drinks at Costco as well)
• Bring Beer - Woody P, Andy Sternberg?
• General Facilities Support

SUNDAY

• Set Out Breakfast (3-5 people at 9am on Sunday)
• Pick Up Coffee - Chris? Again?
• Pick Up Ice
• General Facilities Support
• Tear-Down/Clean Up

Stuff to Bring

Big Fancy conferences just buy this stuff. We’re not into that rampant consumerism, so we need to borrow. PLEASE consider bringing some stuff.

- A few good bread knives - Crystal, JoAnna?
- Cutting Board - Crystal
- Toaster - Crystal
- Gong
- Projectors (we need at least 4)
- Projector Screens (we need 4)
- Extension Cords
- PA System - JoAnna
- DJ/Sound Equipment - C.Nelson
- Video Game Systems
- Rock Band
- Guitar Hero 3
- Smoke Machine? :-)
- Vacuum Cleaner?
- Large buckets/barrels for drinks (ice chests would work too). Need Several.

Stuff to Buy:

Office Supplies
Jason doing this trip
* Roll(s) of Butcher paper
* Name Badges
* 1-2 rolls of blue tape
* 1-2 rolls of clear duct tape
* large sticky notes
* everything else we have leftover from last time

Grocery Store
Crystal doing this trip saturday morning

* Trash bags (yard size)
* Large pack of paper towels
* Cleaning wipes
* Cream Cheese
* Assorted Fruit

Costco 1
Crystal will do Friday night

* 8 packs of muffins
* 6-8 dozen bagels
* Fruit
* Granola Bars
* Chips or other snacks
* Paper Plates
* Utensils
* Plastic Cups
* Napkins
* 5 cases of water

Costco 2/3
Sandwiches on Saturday should be attached to one of these trips. You’ll need a Costco card and a Visa or AmEx

* 10 cases of water
* 15 cases of soda (assorted)

ICE
We need a lot of ice. Let us know if you can bring us some.
